About the Accommodation

The apartment Coliseo Albir beach is in a well known apartment complex with  beautiful communal pool and gardens. There is also a private parking space available in the communal garage.

The apartment was reformed in 2022 and is on the 2nd floor. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, with smart tv and  with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. This room has built in wardrobe and a 150cm double bed. From this room you can also access the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 x 90cm beds and wardrobe and another smart tv. The 2nd  bathroom also has a walk in shower. The closed kitchen is modern and equipped to enjoy a comfortable stay including oven, microwave, coffee machine, inducton hob, toaster and kettle. Next to this is a gallery with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom will have shower gel and a hairdryer.

The living area, has a TV ( this one with international channels) and leads out to the balcony. There is free wifi available. The whole apartment has air conditioning/heating via ducts.

The apartment will be clean on arrival and will be supplied with a set of sheets for 1 week and 2 sets of towels per person. For stays of more than 1 week, sheets and towels will be changed every 7 days. 

Between each arrival of new guests, all bedding is washed including bedspreads, protectors, cushions, and towels, for the safety of our guests.

Cleaning products and bin liners will be left in the apartment for each clients use.

Notes

As the apartment is located within a residential complex, the community rules of coexistence apply regarding the use of common areas.

INFANTS AND SMALL CHILDREN

I'm sorry, but since I don't have equipment suitable for infants such as a cot, bed fall protectors or high chairs, I only accept children from 5 years old (unless they can sleep in a normal bed). The rooms do not have space to add cots.

CHECK IN AND KEY COLLECTION

We receive each guest personally on the day of arrival to check in, hand over the keys, explain the apartment and answer questions.

The official check in is from 4:30 p.m. to allow time to clean between clients. If there are no departures that same day, there is the possibility of entering earlier (on request). The guest must have completed the previous online check-in and sign a rental contract.

The tourist apartment license regulation requires us to register each guest who stays with the authorities.  Information required for each guest will be full name, address, date of birth, passport/ID number and date of issue.

It is very important, because there is no reception, that you communicate the arrival time, flight / train details or arrival time if you come by car.

Guests will be given 2 sets of keys which cannot be copied as they are coded.

CHECK OUT

The departure time will be 10:00 a.m. at the latest (except if there are no arrivals on the same day, in which case you could stay longer on request.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

On arrival  a deposit of €200 is required in cash, as a deposit to cover possible damages or excess cleaning, if any.

The deposit is returned the day of check out.

The apartment on departure should be left in a clean state and without rubbish. Each client must take  their own rubbish to the containers that are located at the entrance of the complex.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT CAN BE ACCOMMODATED

4 persons in total reserved in advance. If there are less, 1, 2, or 3 people, it is not allowed to accommodate any additional person during the stay who is not previously registered.

ELECTRICITY

The costs of electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. There is an electricity meter,  in case there is a great excess of use.



Neighbourhood

The apartment is very well located in the lower area of Albir with everything close by, the beach, restaurants and bars, and supermarkets. It is also very close to the Bulevard and golf driving range.

The pebble beach is just a few minutes walk away. We recommend also a walk up to the lighthouse in the Serra Helada Natural park overlooking the town, with amazing views over the bay . Also a short walk away you can discover Altea, and there are good bus services (nº 10 bus) to Altea and Benidorm. Lots of good restaurants to suit all budgets close by.

You can hire a bicycle as there are plenty of cycling lanes, walking routes.

You can also visit locally Mendoza Bodega for a tour and wine tasting.

Transport

Everything with Albir is within walking distance, including reaching Altea which is an aproximate 30 minute walk.

However there is a regular bus service every 20 minutes, the nº10 bus, which takes you to Alfaz del Pi, Benidorm or Altea.

Taxi are readily available on the high street about a 7 minute walk away.

To reach Albir from the airport, there are shuttle services and private car services available which I can arrange for you.
